September 2006- November 2009 WORK EXPERIENCE Staff Nurse checking of patient vital sign. word round with other colleagues administration of prescribed medication Report writing Record Keeping School Nurse and Supervisor First Aid treatment to pupils and staff Health talk regarding hygiene Class room rounds and checks Proper recording of daily treatment Proper administration of prescribed medication. Documentation of treatment in the medical report book Writing of medical report to the children who visits the school clinic Notifying the Head of School of any treatment or outbreak. Health write up in the health display board. Delegation of duties tO junior staff Inspection of class furniture for repairs. Supervision of the whole school to ensure it is clean. Dialysis Nurse We weight our patient, check their resent weight with previous one to know who much weight/fluid their have gain and how much fluid will we set on the machine to remove from their body, we then connect the patient to a dialysis machine which last for four hours each episode, continues monitoring of the vital sign and the machine to prevent block and stasis of blood during the process. once the process is completed, we disconnect the patient from the machine ,w eight and give them necessary information and prescribed medication. Opeyemi Osadare Bachelors /Health Psychology I finished my WASSCE in 2005, I then went for my Registered Nurse Certificate at FCT School of Nursing in 2006.Upon graduation from FCT School of Nursing, Gwagwalada, Abuja in 2009, I Volunteer at Heart to Heart Center, a unit for HIV/AIDS patients. we give counselling and testing at the general hospital. In 2010, I was employed as a Staff Nurse at Sharon Height Medical center, Lagos, Nigeria. I thereon proceed to work at Life support Medical center in 2011 as a Dialysis Nurse before moving to my current place of employment, Corona Schools Trust Council in 2012 as a School Nurse and Junior Staff Supervisor till date.
