Doctor’s Process

Select Patient – Dual Arch, Full Edentulous

First Visit: Take impression with Flexitime Heavy Tray and Correct Flow

Utilize the supplied Pala Digital Denture Trays

Follow Instructions for Taking an Impression Capture Vertical Dimension (VD)

Capture Centric Relation (CR)

Record with Bite Registration

Fill out RX Form (see additional details included in this presentation)

Send impression and order form/RX to Dental Lab (Roe Dental Lab)

Must include the following information on the RX Form Stippling? – Yes/No

Teeth Shade Color

Teeth Mold Selection (can be selected by lab)

Balanced/Lingualized Occlusion

Gum Shade/Acrylic Shade

Upper Lip Length

Anterior Overjet: Regular (Class 1, >2mm) ; Retrognathic (Class II, >3mm), Prognathic (Class III, < -1mm)

Size of tray used – Small, Medium, Large, X-Large

Required steps to avoid bite issues During bite registration, I horizontally stabilized the lower tray with thumb and fingers on the mandibular tray and chin. I will include or email the picture. During bite registration on the try-in, I acknowledge that I need to hold the mandibular try-in to avoid tilting and I will include or email the picture.
