• Project team creating test scripts for unit test, on schedule for mid-July

• Testing begins – August 6 in GC 311• Unit Test Complete October 15th

• Integration testing (Cyborg and Midas) to start in August

• Memo sent out this week to Directors identifying a group of payroll liaisons to be potential testers and trainers

• Operational Testing October 24 - December 6 • Online Tutorial Available Early January 2014• Classroom Training Begins in January 2014• Go Live Will Be in Early 2014 with 4 Phases

– Will run parallel pay runs before Go Live to ensure payroll results

Modules Alison Redmond

• Timekeeping module will automate the processing of Broward County’s timekeeping policies.

• Activities module will automate the processing of time spent on certain activities.

• Leave module will automate the processing of Broward County’s leave policies, including FMLA events.

• Attendance module will automate the processing of Broward County’s employee attendance policies.

• Device Manager module enables the flow of data between the time clock and the Timekeeping module.

Timeclocks & KiosksAlison Redmond

• 4500 Clock upgraded to In Touch Clock• Employee Clock-in using barcode on employee

badge or 6-digit pin number plus Touch ID• Remote Access from ETS to time clock for

support issues and users push a button to speak to help desk

– County purchasing additional clocks to meet agency needs. Cost allocation to be determined.
