• 1 cup of Milk of your choice

• 1 tablet of Truvani Ashwagandha

• 1 tablespoon of dried lavender flowers 

• 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

• ½  tablespoon cacao powder

• 1 tablespoon of honey

• Pinch of pink salt

d i r e c t i o n s :

1. Add all ingredients into a stove top saucepan.

2. Stir occasionally and let simmer for 5 minutes. 

3. Pour mixture through a strainer and into a mug.

4. Froth and top with a dollop of whipped coconut milk.

• ½ cup tart cherry unsweetened juice

• 3/4 cup almond milk

• 1 tablet Truvani ashwagandha

• 2 teaspoons honey, or to taste

• Dry edible rose petals, for garnish

d i r e c t i o n s :

1. Combine juice, almond milk, Truvani ashwagandha tablet

into a saucepan and simmer until the liquid is warm and the

tablet has dissolved.

2. Pour into a mug, add honey, and using your Truvani frother,

froth until everything is mixed well. Garnish with crushed

rose petals. Enjoy!

• 1 cup of coconut milk

• 3 Truvani Turmeric tablets

• 1 Truvani Ashwagandha tablet

• 1 tablespoon raw honey

• ½ teaspoon cardamom

• ½ teaspoon cinnamon

• Pinch of ground ginger

• Pinch of nutmeg

d i r e c t i o n s :

1. Add all ingredients into a stovetop saucepan. Let simmer

for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Pour into a cup and froth for a luxurious finishing touch.

• 1 Truvani Ashwagandha tablet

• 1 tablespoon maple syrup

• 1 teaspoon Butterfly pea powder

• ½ teaspoon cinnamon

• Pinch of freshly ground nutmeg

d i r e c t i o n s :

1. In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, whisk

together milk with maple syrup, butterfly pea powder,

and spices until powder is dissolved and milk is warm.

2. Mix using a handheld milk frother for a latte-like finish.

3. Pour into a mug and enjoy.

• 1 cup of milk of your choice

• 1 Truvani Ashwagandha tablet

• 1 tablespoon raw cacao butter

• ¼ cup of fresh raspberries

• 1 teaspoon of rose water

• A pinch of sea salt

1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer until the

cacao butter has melted.

2. Pour into a blender and blend.

3. Enjoy topped with crushed dried rose petals.

• ½ scoop of Truvani Marine collagen (optional)

• 2 teaspoons of matcha

• 1 tablespoon of honey
