Question
Who knows what a neighborhood council is?
Nearly every neighborhood in Los Angeles a neighborhood council
Anyone who lives, works or playsin a neighborhood can get involved
or even hold a position on the Board.
Why bring up Neighborhood Councils?
They have the same challenge the arts scene in Los Angeles has:
People mostly learn oftheir existence by chance & word of mouth.

Simply Put:

Non-theatre artists don't read theatre blogs.

are inundated.
though they want to, & often do, help.
How is anyone NEW
supposed to know about the vibrant Los Angeles arts scene
if we don't
