•MediCheck is an app which enables you to check various information about your medicines like its side effects, diseases cured by the medicines and manufacturer. •Users can also directly consult the doctors and get

prescription and daily health tips from them in the premium version of the app.• The app will help the medical professionals in getting

information about the chemical composition and the substitutes of the medicine.

COMPANY OVERVIEW•MediCheck offers its users with a platform to check

whether their doctor gives them the correct medicines just by searching the medicine name in the app and getting all the information about the medicine from its composition to its substitutes.• Its premium version enables the users to directly consult

qualified doctors and get diagnostics for their disease. They will also get daily health tips from the app.

MARKET OVERVIEW• Every person wants to get the right medicines from the doctors

and therefore this app will be very helpful to them.

• Also many people are very busy to go to the doctor for minor diseases. For these people this will be great as they can get prescription from the doctor through this app.

• The concept of this is not very common and there are a very few apps offering these services.

TARGET CONSUMERS•MediCheck is mainly targeting the general public who want to get the prescription for their disease from home.•The app’s target customers also include medical professionals who want to know about the chemical composition and the substitutes of a specific medicine.

•MediCheck aims at creating a database of around 20,000 medicines initially.• In the next 6 months the app plans to have more than 10,000 active users in India.• In terms of monetary investments, MediCheck plans to breakeven in a span of 2 years from its launch after which it will create profit.

TARGET MARKETCustomers:• Customers would be the general Indian public who use smartphone

and want to get diagnostics through the app.• They also include medical professionals who want to know about

the substitutes and the chemical composition of a specific medicine.

Collaborators:• Collaborators include pharmacy companies who want people to

pharmacy companies will be responsible for the offerings of the company.

Competitors:• MediCheck main competitor will be the Medical Content app

on the Google play store.

the right medicine and they can know about its substitutes when a that particular medicine is not available.

Collaborators Value:• It would benefit the pharmacy companies as more people would

know about manufacturers of the medicines. It would also benefit doctors who can directly contact patients through our app.

VALUE PROPOSTION (CONTD)Company Value :•We will position our app in such a way that it could help

consumers find the right medicine for their disease and at same time enable the medical representatives in knowing more about a particular medicine.

PRODUCT• MediCheck app will be a freemium type app.• The free version of the app enables the users to check various

information about the medicine like medicine’s chemical composition, its substitutes, side effects and diseases which are cured by the medicine.• The premium users of the app can directly consult doctor through

the chat option in our app and get diagnostics done online. They will also get daily health tips from doctors.

SERVICES•The services of the app will be available to the general Indian public on the Google play store.•The app will initially contain a database of around 20,000 medicines.

BRAND•The app’s name MediCheck signifies as the app is a portal for general users to get information about the medicine.• It is perceived as brand which has the trust of collaborators and customers.

PRICE AND INCENTIVES•MediCheck’s premium version will be priced at $3.99 per

month where users will get daily health tips on their registered email-id and they can consult the doctors through chat on our app and get prescriptions from them.• Rewards will be given to users who use the app for the first

time.

COMMUNICATION AND DISTRIBUTION• The services of MediCheck will be communicated to the

customers through a lot of free mediums.• We will distribute our services through our collaborators which

include doctors and pharmacy companies.• Initially the advertisements and customer reviews will be

posted on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to increase brand awareness.• Also customers will get discounts if they refer the app to their

friends.
