• Deleting a record from bstlyn__ and “Undo shipment” will reset the packing slip number

Remarks

•Only users indicated as system administrators can lock/unlock this parameter since it should only be determined once at the start of the implementation and should never be changed in an operational environment! Changing this setting on a “live” database, will cause trouble!

• Don’t forget to set the composition of the pick slip ID (lvb__ref) similar to the packing slip !

• Before creating sales invoices, a set of external sequential references must be obtained from the Indonesian VAT administration which will be linked to the sales invoices later.

• Upon creation of a sales invoice, the user needs to assign the first unused valid sequential external reference.

• This is only needed for specific VAT regimes (not related to Taxable / Not taxable)
