With AAPEX and SEMA in full swing, how do you prepare your business for “big adventures”? Here are some ideas to get you thinking:
1) Run and showcase your holiday promotions.
2) Give back to your community.
3) Update and educate your staff.
4) Try not to overthink things. Be confident in your decisions and run with them.
5) Listen and get to know your customers.
6) Your customers deserve the best so make sure what you are selling is up to their quality standards.
7) Create a work-friendly environment.
8) When possible create a “family environment”. Maybe your business doesn’t allow too much of this so include family in your holiday festivities. It helps put a name to a face and makes the employees’ family know how much you appreciate their family member.
9) Create team-building and bonding opportunities.
10) Business is an adventure so make sure you include your employees on your journey.
