Here are some ideas to get you thinking: 1) Run and showcase your holiday promoons. 2) Give back to your community. 3) Update and educate your staff. 4) Try not to overthink things. Be confident in your decisions and run with them. 5) Listen and get to know your customers. 6) Your customers deserve the best so make sure what you are selling is up to their quality standards. 7) Create a work-friendly environment. 8) When possible create a “family environment”. Maybe your business doesn’t allow too much of this so include family in your holiday fesvies.
