Get active, have fun and try something NEW!Introducing Let’s Band Together—a brand newclass that uses resistance bands to support youin achieving your fitness goals!

A certified trainer will lead all classes, ensuringparticipants get the most out of their fitnessexperience. Participants and trainers will setfitness goals and work to achieve themthroughout the season while having fun andmaking friends.

90 minute customized training sessions each week.Sessions focus on strength development,conditioning and flexibility using resistance bandsPre- and post-fitness assessments are conducted inthe first and last week of the program to gaugeimprovementResistance bands will be provided by the Centre foreach classD
