R4 Adventures
West Hills’ Phil Walker and Ed Petrossian are giving their best Blues Brothers impressions at the R4 Blues Brothers party. Other RE/MAX equity group agents at R4 also had a blast with the props at the party.
West Hills Deborah DuFresne and Equity Home Mortgage Loan Consultant Karen Bailey meet R4 speaker Kevin Carroll, who spoke about turning creative ideas into reality.
Karen Bailey talked Jeff Davis, RE/MAX equity group VP of Administration and General Counsel, into taking a big leap - The Stratosphere’s Sky Jump - a controlled freefall from the 108th floor! Now, that’s what we call a FEARLESS leader!
Kyle BachHillsboro Branch
Manager
Congratulations to Kyle Bach on becoming the new Hillsboro Branch Manager!
Kyle has been with RE/MAX equity group since 2008, first as an agent at Sunset Corridor and then assisting Larry Sievers at the Sunnyside office.
He has always given generously of his time to other agents, including training agents on Paperless Pipeline and leading accountability groups.
This move puts him back in his home territory of Hillsboro, a community in which the branch is very active. We know he will be a great addition for them!
RE/MAX equity group agents including Kyle Bach, Jeff Wiren, Laurie Thiel and Carrie Palmore, attend one of the many educational and motivational sessions at R4.

IN MEMORIAMDonna Yost1938-2015
On March 3, 2015 Donna Yost, former Branch Coordinator and most recently part-time receptionist at our Broadway Branch passed away. She will be greatly missed.
Donna was born on November 25, 1938 in Portland. After attending local schools, she was swept off her feet by the love of her life, Douglas Yost, and they were married Aug. 1, 1958. Doug and Donna had three children. Donna worked as the Branch Coordinator branch at the Broadway office until her husband’s illness required her full time attention. Doug passed in July of 2004. She was at his side until the end. She later returned to the company to help the Broadway office as a part-time receptionist while still having plenty of time to enjoy her children, 13 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
We are honored to have had her part of our family for 20 years.
Build-A-Bear Bonanza
Karen Beers greets the West Hills bears.
Gresham’s bears are ready to be donated.
Suburban SW’s bears prepare to go make a child smile.
All the Build-A-Bears donated by all the branches came to Admin to be transported to Community Action where they will be given to children who have little more than their clothes to help them feel safe.
Recognition Abounds
Alan Mehrwein congratulates Sunset Corridor’s recipients of RE/MAX Club Awards - Cris Hill, Margie Smith, Rick McDowell, and A.R. Rao. Way to go!
