How to retain your Brand’s app users by using Gamification
Start your first contact with the users rewarding them only because of their signing up, and make the process easier: apps registrations reflect a 20% more accounts when you can sign up just pressing a button of
another social network.
1. Logging in
New users could have arrived to the app from several different places, such as referrals or organic searches for example. Then, now that you know what types of users you attract, it’s time to create different and customized experiences through a gamified app, depending on every
user profile.
2. Customize your estrategies
Challenge them, so you motivate and incentivize them to keep on using your application. Gamification gets it by using points, levels,
badges...etc. Finally, when they are involved, reward them, because if you don’t, you will create the opposite feeling to that intended and
they’ll probably be more likely to uninstall the app.

To re-engage your users. If your app stops creating events it will be seen as boring and its future will be uninstallation. Another perk about

Don’t be big, but incessant. You need to take care and constantly update your application, so that you will see the perks to empower and the weaknesses to improve. You should create new levels, new
badges, new prizes… regularly to not bore users and to improve your app.
