- 2. I agree with the chart that the intelligence testprovided me
with. I scored the highest in the area ofmusical intelligence and I
believe that this is correctbecause I am very musically talented
and also enjoylistening to music a lot. I also scored high
inintrapersonal and I believe that this is true because Itend to be
a very self-confident person. I am usuallynot very shy and I enjoy
talking and socializing withpeople, which is probably why I also
scored fairly highin interpersonal. The other two areas that I
scoredrather high in were linguistic and logical. These Ibelieve
also describe my intelligence because I am verygood with words and
numbers. I also enjoy readingand writing very much, and I enjoy
math.
- 3. Childhood Development Activities that would have helped my
learning: In order to make use of my intrapersonal intelligence, my
teacher could have created an assignment that required students to
apply developmental stages to their own life. (Which would have
been similar to the Baby Book assignment) In order to make use of
my musical intelligence, my teacher could have required students to
create a fun song about the stages of development. In order to make
use of my linguistic area of intelligence, my teacher could have
assigned us to write an essay about adolescence.
- 4. States of Consciousness Activities that would have helped my
learning: In order to make use of my strong interpersonal area of
intelligence, my teacher could have created an assignment that
required groups where we study each others dreams. In order to make
use of my musical area of intelligence, my teacher could have
assigned a project where we study how music may or may not affect
our dreams if it is played while we sleep. In order to make use of
my intrapersonal intelligence, my teacher could have assigned the
class to keep a journal about their dreams. (Which would be like
the Dream Journal assignment)
- 5. Learning Activities that would have helped my learning: In
order to make use of my musical area of intelligence, my teacher
could have created an assignment where students studied how some
students learn better with music playing, while others prefer
silence. In order to make use of my linguistic intelligence, my
teacher could have assigned the class to write an essay comparing
and contrasting classical and operant conditioning. In order to
make use of my interpersonal area of intelligence, my teacher could
have created an assignment that required students to get into
groups and study each others learning habits.
