1. Opening remarks/Introduction of participants The meetings commenced at 10:15am with opening remarks by the Chairman, which was followed by the participants introducing themselves.

Yet to complete desludging in any camp but plan to complete by the end of weekStarting two boreholes during the week using the drilling points given by NRCConnection for waterpoints is yet to commence in Bullabulin but NRC to coordinate with SI

Dislodging of Septic in 20 Housing will start tomorrow or Friday the Sallah break caused a delay. SEMA has endorsed the it should take at least two weeks

MSFWater trucking has stopped in BullabulinMeeting with contractor to certify completion of 10 latrines at Kaza camp and 15 at Agric camp new arrival area.New Pipes were connected from Bullabulin because UNICEF's pipes were weak and needed to be changed

NRCContractor is fully ready to commence construction of six new waterpoints (three handpumps and three boreholes) in Kaza camp Two handpumps were rehabilitated (1 in Shuwari area and 1 in one other area)

FHI360Construction of two water points is ongoing (one in Mohd Kyari and the other in the host community)Contract has been issued for 400 latrines however contractor has been asked to construct only 20 block (100 latrines) due to spaceHygeine promotion is going on in Kamcheji camp with 20 volunteers available and participating in HP

IMCRecruitment is complete for WaSH staff in Dikwa (WaSH Officer, Dikwa was in attendance)Recruited 35 volunteers for Hygeine Promotion and training is on going

NRC is dropping Agric in terms of Latrine and Showers cos of SINRC is no longer going to Kamcheji and Mohd Kyari because UNICEF is already working thereNRC is covering Kilagoru

NRC has the capacity of 185 latrines but we do not know where to provide these latrines with space being a major constraintWe are going for a negotiation on the issue of space on Monday

IMC

IMC plans to rehabilitate incinerator at the General Hospital. The condition of the incinerator will be reviewed and if it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a solar powered incinerator

IMC has the capacity to do a drainage in Kamcheji
