99% of your success as an expat is depends on ATTITUDE Did you choose to move? If you haven’t made the right decision, make the decision right Culture – its not wrong, its just different Don’t allow a few bad days to turn into a major set-back
Learn techniques to pick yourself up on the bad days Keep a list of everything you HAVE accomplished and review it Acknowledge your accomplishments and reward yourself Pick a short easy task and do it Call a new contact and make a plan “Vent” to someone (not your partner) for an agreed time then
move on Laugh about your set-back with someone who will relate
