Farmer registration through Biometric devices by

using RD service(2.1).

The following procedure may be opted for Drivers Installation.

Step-1

Uninstall the Old drivers as shown in the below picture.

Click on control panel

Click on programs

Click on programs and features

Select the secugen files

Click on uninstall

Step-2

Drivers Download

Visit www.horticulture.kediainfo.com and enter SNO and click on submit

Select the drivers for download

Open downloaded folders.

Step-3

Drivers Installation

Procedure-1

Note: Disconnect from internet

Click on secugen USB driver 7.1

Install it

Click on SGIRD and install it.

And use the Farmer registration 2.1 link and continue the registration process.

Procedure-2

Disconnect from Internet and Open Drivers folder and copy the HU20 folder to the desktop

Right Click on my computer and click on Manage

Click on Device manager-Biometric devices and right click on seccugen –click on Update driver software.

You should get following message

Install RD service file .

You can now start using registration and Authentication (2.1)
