• Women exercise because of weight and stress reduction and men exercise for enjoyment and gains in muscle and strength.

Objective & Research Questions;OBJECTIVES;

• To examine the number of BM221 Part 4 students who exercise.

• To investigate the types of exercise that BM221 Part 4 students engage in.

• To examine how frequent BM221 Part 4 students exercise per week.

• To investigate the reasons why BM221 Part 4 students exercise.

RESEARCH QUESTIONS;

• How many BM221 Part 4 students exercise?

• What types of exercise do BM221 Part 4 students engage in?

• How frequent do BM221 Part 4 students exercise per week?

• Why do BM221 Part 4 students exercise?
