After running of 1st payroll the employee is allotted the PF number. Monthly contribution from employee’s salary are deducted and deposited along with the employer’s contribution as per the Statutory Timeline every month. Yearly return is filled as per the Statutory Timeline prescribed under the Act Other Monthly and Half Yearly Returns and Forms are deposited as per the defined timelines under the Act.
Professional Tax is deducted from employee’s salary wherever applicable as per the prescribed slabs. The deducted tax is deposited with their respective state authorities as per their different Timelines.
Labour Welfare Fund is deducted from employee’s salary wherever applicable as per the prescribed slabs. The deducted amount along with the Employer’s contribution is deposited with their respective state authorities as per their different Timelines.
