Why I Blog:What started out as a way for me to document my time in Singapore has turned into a complete gymnastics
sharing platform. I share my life being a gymnastics parent and coach through tips on gymnastics drills, DIY projects, lesson plans, recipes, successes in the gym and more. I try to keep my content personal,
original and relative to gymnastics. I found that because of my willingness to share relatable posts, I get emails from fellow coaches and parents on a regular basis saying how much inspiration and encouragement they get from my blog.
One thing I have discovered through blogging is the desire we have, as
gymnastics coaches and parents, for a community, support, inspiration &
encouragement. I am glad my readers are able to find that in my blog!
What my readers say:I love this idea and I’m going to
try this at our gym! – Sarah
These are fun & creative ideas! Thanks for sharing Coach Casie.
– Coach Kelly
Thank you for your brutal honesty and openness. Not many gymnastics coaches around here
would give share their insight. Knowing you are a mom yourself helps me feel you can think from
both coach and parent perspective. – Jennie
I just love creativity she has! - Toni
