Business Strategy 101VCS Inc. Distributors

Problem: The White Elephant in the room

Sales are not what we desire We have run out of people to talk to How can we really make a viable

living as a VCS Inc. Distributor?

We believe people don’t want to

Buy anything Be sold Join an MLM Pay for things Attend Meetings Look at Websites Because they are too busy and have

different agenda’s than ours

What they do want is to be

Rich Thin Successful Happy Beautiful Popular Famous They want things free, fast and easy

So how do we appeal to what they want & eliminate what they don’t?

It has to be FREE, or cheap It has to make them feel good Deliver a sense of belonging Work towards some greater good

What about a program that helps people?

Creates awareness Teaches Gives Back Helps people Makes life easier

Imagine life with out suffrage and equal rights … these movements took door to door hand to hand work

Our economy needs help

The digital divide has caused many of the problems we see with job loss.

American is transitioning from the Industrial age to the Digital information age and our initiative is really to bring them to the opportunity age where they can take advantage of innovation, opportunity and benefits before they become extinct

Small Business Owners

Have not adopted technology The current professional development

courses have failed our systems Work forces are over worked and

underserved We petition to adopt technology, work less,

spend more time at home and migrate to today’s innovations so we can spend more time living than working. Its all about being lean and Managing what YOU Value!

We work 3 days per week 11 am to 4 pmWe take 30- 60 minutes for lunch

The Pink Cloud Computing InitiativeFunded by VCS Inc. Independent Distributors: Julie Parker, Loretta Turner, and Maria Talacona to facilitate the adoption of technology in underserved markets

We deal with

Individuals seeking success in their personal life, social life and career

Entrepreneurs and small business owners seeking success in their business

Corporations seeking success for their company and employees

How many times have you heard?

I don’t have a computer I don’t use a cell phone I don’t have a laptop I don’t have a Blackberry or smart

phone I don’t have a Facebook Account I don’t know what Twitter is I don’t want to use the internet

because of fraud? Fear is the mind killer

The truth is the Internet is making many young people rich

Mark Zuckerberg Evan Williams And many more are turning out new

technology products making many people rich.

Technology also makes lives easier Technology makes it cheaper for a

business to get new customers however it also is a deal crusher if your not plugged in.

Small Business in America

Is caught in the digital divide Many have not adopted technology

in their business models This creates reduced sales, job loss

and business closures in some markets and those that are moving and changing or innovating like Groupon can’t hire people fast enough.

So where are you?

Truthfully

Most are in the early adoption process of learning how to use technology

You may have a cell phone, email address or Facebook page but do you understand how to attract traffic with key words and low cost advertising tools?

Likely most small businesses don’t because you need a 5 to 10k budget to get help from an ad Executive at one of these top organizations.

The Pink Cloud Initiative

The Pink Cloud Computing Initiative

I am proposing we consider:

The Pink Cloud Computing Initiative

An independent initiative started by Independent Distributors of VCS Inc. and You Are a CEO that will help small business's adopt technology and close the digital divide.

If we don’t our economy will get worse and worse and consumers migrate to digital transactions' and suppliers close to the competition of savvy .com;s like Amazon, Wal-Mart and Facebook friends.

The small business community must understand the real and legitimate threat of technology in the small business landscape

We need to ask for

Improvements in user engagement tools

And see how we can incorporate technology used with competitors in the following examples

What courses they should take are laid out. Growth estimated.

Why Pink Cloud?

In American slang back then, when you said that someone was “on a pink cloud,” you meant that the person was in a state of temporary artificial euphoria. Being “on a pink cloud” meant that you had turned off all of your critical faculties and were temporarily living in this marvelous fantasy world where nothing ever went wrong or could go wrong.
