BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings should be made on the booking form provided. A deposit isrequired to confirm a booking. Deposits should be paid within one month ofmaking a reservation.Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event ofcustomer cancellation. Any balance due is payable before departure, or by invoice if agreed

inadvance. Customers who cancel bookings will be liable for the following

charges: Up to 90 days before the arrival date - loss of all deposit paid, non-transferable60-90 days before the arrival date - 50% of total charge, payable

within30 days of the cancellation dateLess than 60 days before arrival date - 100% charge, payable within

30 Days of the cancellation date Users are therefore advised to take out insurance against this

possibility.

For camping and self catering buildings, balances must be paid in fullbefore departure. For Main Hall accommodation, the balance should be paid2 months before your visit. Campsites are subject to a minimum charge per night.

Waddow Hall reserves the right to cancel a booking in circumstances whichamount to a ‘force majeure’.
