Wetherby Tennis Club – Online Court Bookings The club has decided to use an online booking system for the courts. This will ensure a more efficient way to book courts and see when courts are available for play. Instructions 1. Go to www.wetherbytennis.org.uk/court-booking and press “Check Availability and Book Now” Icon. Your booking will then be confirmed on the next screen. You can book 14 days in advance. If you have an Android or Apple device you can download “Clubspark Booker” app which makes booking on the go even easier! 2. If you already have a Clubspark account (those who have booked coaching online will have) then sign in. If you have an LTA account then you can sign in using those account details. Or if you need to sign up as a brand new user – use the online form on the left. 3. Once you are logged in you will see a screen as on the right. Press ‘book a court’. If you have made court bookings you can manage your bookings and check what you have upcoming by clicking ‘manage your bookings’. 4. Book your court by choosing the date you require. The click on the box at the time you require and the court you wish to play on eg Court 1 at 12noon. 5. You can then choose how long you want your court for by amending the drop down box that will appear on the next screen. Once you’re happy with the time and date you have chosen click ‘Book Now’.

5.Youcanthenchoosehowlongyouwantyourcourtforbyamendingthedropdownboxthatwillappearonthenextscreen.Onceyou’rehappywiththetimeanddateyouhavechosenclick‘BookNow’.
