we use the latest production technologies and pa-

ckaging materials. These enable us to respond

and pan roasting techniques because there is no

cess, our own laboratory and a pioneering HACCP

Sharing experience – growing together

Many of our staff are true coffee connoisseurs and

we are proud of the fact that the qualified baristas

and official trainers from Blasercafé are regularly

consulted as experts. For that reason, we promote

active in-service training and the integration of new

knowledge into the existing training offering. Working

with external partners we have also established the

“Alpine Coffee Center” for continuous research into

At home all over the world

Our commitment to coffee knows no borders. That is

why we work actively in international and national asso-

ciations to keep in touch with the latest developments

on the coffee market through a global network. As a

founding and lifetime member of SCAE, Blasercafé also

plays a key role in the organisation of events such as

the “World of Coffee” and the annual Barista Champion-

ships.

A passion for coffee since 1922

The love of coffee is a long-standing tradition for us.

Blasercafé has been in family ownership since its in-

corporation in 1922. Today, the business is being run

by the 3rd and 4th generations while pursuing the

same aims as the pioneer Walter Blaser. In 1955, he

commissioned Switzerland’s first fully automatic roa-

sting machine to give his customers the benefit of a

first class coffee flavour. We have remained dedica-

ted to that same standard of quality ever since.
