Thanks for showing your interest in participating in our event. So let’s answer somequestions:

Who? You!!!! Just make a team of 8-10 people or sign up as an individualWhat? A Wiffle Ball TournamentWhen? Saturday October 5th with games starting at 10 amWhere? Wall Aquatic fields.Why? This event is put on in order to gain awareness for the Jennifer Wilson

Scholarship Fund. This is an athletic scholarship in honor of Jennifer Wilson,the daughter of two NAU alumnae who was abducted and murdered in 1988. This scholarship allows NAU and the Flagstaff community to remember andhonor her by giving a scholarship to a student in the name of someone whonever got the chance. What better way to fundraise for this great scholarshipfund than by playing some Wiffle Ball under the beautiful Flagstaff sun.

Cost? Entry fee is $30 for the entire team, or $5 for an individual

The Game -

This is the same game that you have grown up playing your entire childhood. Thebasics:

• Played on a smaller baseball diamond with 3 bases, and a home plate.

• 6 players max will be fielders (including pitcher), whereas all team members willbat.

• Only 2 outs. Outs can be made byo Getting 3 strikeso Having your hit ball caught in the airo Having the ball reach first base before you do

• Hit by pitch is a reset of the count

• Each game will be 6 innings long, or 45 minutes. Whichever comes first

* All games will be self-officiated; therefore everyone is expected to demonstrate goodsportsmanship. Any disagreements will be solved by field marshal who will be circulating

the games. Their rule is final.

Tournament –• The exact format of the tournament will be determined once amount of teams is

finalized. This will be announced at the captains meeting. However, all teams willbe guaranteed at least 3 games to play.

• Winners of the tournament will receive Championship T-shirts. Shirts will also befor sale day of event.

• Mandatory Captains meeting on WENDSDAY October 2nd at 8pm in the WilsonLobby to discuss rules. If you sign up
