Structure
Participants have two ways to earn1 Base program
Earn per sales unit/dollar amount starting at baseline or any other designated point
2 Challengepoint goal Select and achieve an incremental goal
Base program earnings are not ‘at risk’
Challengepoint goal earnings are ‘at risk’– Awards are only paid if you reach your goal
Base Earnings Structure
Define a unit of measure and payout ratio
• 10 AwardperQs per $ 1,000 in sales• 20 AwardperQs per unit sold• 50 AwardperQs per 1% percent increase
Define an earnings starting point • Personal baseline• “X” dollars or units • Percent of baseline• Zero

Participants earn AwardperQs at the established ratio once they reach the earnings starting point– If they reach their earnings starting point
any AwardperQs they earn in the base program are not “at risk”
