Our lateral bumpers limit travel and transmit force between the bogie and the superstructure. The buffer acts as a shock absorber between two moving parts. In operation, the buffer normally is unloaded, coming into contact only under certain circumstances which depend on the design and the application. Lateral buffers that limit the lateral movement of the car body in order to ensure necessary clearances. Vertical bump stops limiting the deflection inside a conical spring or a coil spring.

Rubber blocks are fitted between wheel tire and wheel rim. They allow a higher flexibility of the wheel and a better comfort for the passengers. Noise will be reduced. Due to the ability of axial deflection the wheel tire can better follow the track curve, which results in lower wear.

Torque supports are installed between motor and gear. They ensure that the torque is transmitted as efficient as possible. Rods join two components together elastically, with the help of two bushings. They isolate vibrations and dampen them. The load is transmitted exclusively lengthwise along the rod.
