Cliff joined Baird in 1982 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Working to promote economic literacy with both students and teachers, Cliff shares his deep understanding of
financial issues acting as the Director of Economic Education Counsel for over 20 years. Cliff has been an active member of the Metropolitan Builders Association since 1994. Among Cliff's areas of expertise include Individual Equity Strategies, Equity and Mutual Fund Portfolios, Strategic Portfolio Review, and Education Planning.
Jess HenricksonVice President – Financial Advisor
Jess joined Baird in 2008. He received a B.S. in Business Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. His areas of expertise include retirement income planning, portfolio construction, and long-term
care insurance. Jess and his wife live in Shorewood with their son and daughter.He enjoys running, volunteering, and being active in sports.
Stephanie MaresAttorney
Stephanie has been practicing law in the Milwaukee area for over 30 years. After graduating from Marquette University Law School in 1984, she began her legal career with Peter N. Brusky and Associates, S.C.
Over the next decade, she worked at some of the top law firms in the city, including Janet F. Resnick and Associates and Hale and Lein, S.C.
In 1995, Stephanie opted to leave the downtown legal scene in order to open her own practice out of her home in Greendale. Since that time, she has enjoyed a thriving career, which she attributes to her willingness to provide clients with flexible attorney fees, appointment times, and meeting locations.

Get educated on essential estate planning topics such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. This course is designed for those approaching retirement and those who have recently transitioned into retirement.

These strategies can help you make the appropriate choices when confronted by investment alternatives, insurance coverage, increasing health care costs, tax reduction methods,and proper disposition of your estate at death. After the last class session, you will have the opportunity to meet privately with one of your instructors. During this meeting, you can ask specific questions regarding your financial goals.
