Working to promote economic literacy with both students and teachers, Cliff shares his deep understanding of financial issues acting as the Director of Economic Education Counsel for over 20 years. Cliff has been an active member of the Metropolitan Builders Association since 1994. Among Cliff's areas of expertise include Individual Equity Strategies, Equity and Mutual Fund Portfolios, Strategic Portfolio Review, and Education Planning. Jess Henrickson Vice President – Financial Advisor Jess joined Baird in 2008. He received a B.S. in Business Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. His areas of expertise include retirement income planning, portfolio construction, and long-term care insurance. Jess and his wife live in Shorewood with their son and daughter. He enjoys running, volunteering, and being active in sports. Stephanie Mares Attorney Stephanie has been practicing law in the Milwaukee area for over 30 years. In 1995, Stephanie opted to leave the downtown legal scene in order to open her own practice out of her home in Greendale.
