In addition to the great education content offered as part of this year’s program, you will be able to:• Schedule one-on-one meetings with speakers and other attendees before,
during and after the live event days
• Connect with new, spotlight companies
• Meet with prospects in the Buyers Forum
• View on-demand session recordings at any time throughout the following year
Logging into ConnectIN
• You should have received an email inviting you to join ConnectIN (If you did not receive this email, please contact us at [email protected]).
• Included in the invitation email is a login link. Click on the link to create your ConnectIN profile.
• If you forgot your password, select the “Forgot your password” link on the login page to be sent a link to create a new password.
• Please do not forward this link as it is personalized just for you.
Creating Your ConnectIN Profile
**PRO TIP: We highly recommend you add the following items to your profile to increase accuracy of communications received from other attendees:• Professional Headshot• Short Bio• Primary Job Function

Editing Your Profile and Updating Your Password
Select “Account” from the top of any page, then “Edit My Profile” to make changes at
any time to your profileOnce on your account page, select “Change Password”
to update your password if need be

Select “Schedule” from the top of the home page to see:
• Keynotes & Sessions• Buyers Forum Schedule• Personal Schedule• On Demand Sessions

Session information is listed by date and time, and includes speaker information along
with any session tags
Click on the “+” sign to add it to your personal schedule
By selecting “Keynotes & Sessions” from the “Schedule” drop-down menu, you will be directed to the page pictured
Viewing Individual Sessions and Building Your Personal Agenda
Read a full session descriptionon each session page
See other attendees who have registered for the session,
participate in speaker produced polls, and download associated session materials using the outlined buttons
Add sessions to your personal schedule by
selecting “Reserve Spot”
When a session is about to go live, a button will appear at
the bottom of the page allowing you to join the session via a Zoom link
All INCOMPAS Show Keynotes and Sessions will be recorded,
session recordings will be available to view on each
session page about a day after the session concludes

Select “Schedule Buyers Forum Meetings” to see all
Buyers’ Availability
Select “Buyers Forum” from the “Schedule” drop-down menu to
read about the benefits of participating and schedule one-
on-one meetings with participating Buyers
You can also navigate to this page from the “Connect” drop-down menu, then selecting “Schedule
Buyers Forum Meetings”
See all participating Buyers, along with their availability
Select the “+” sign to reserve a meeting spot with individual Buyers
Select the “Reserve Spot” to reserve a meeting spot with
individual Buyers
Click on a Buyers tile to open their individual
scheduling page

If a buyer is booked during Buyers Forum hours, we invite you to message them directly to set-up a one-on-one meeting for either before, during, or after the live event days
At the time of your meeting, a “Join Session” button will appear at the bottom of the meeting page – click the link
to join your meeting
Viewing Your Personal Schedule
You can view your personal schedule by selecting “My
Schedule” from the “Schedule” drop-down menu
Any sessions or meetings that you have reserved a spot for will
appear on this page
You can remove sessions from your schedule by clicking on the green check mark in the
top right corner of each session tile
You can navigate back to the full show schedule by selecting “View
Full Agenda” at the top of the page
**PRO TIP: Export your personal schedule before the start of The INCOMPAS Show so all sessions and/or meetings also appear in your personal Outlook, Google, or iCal calendar
Making Connections and Meeting New Prospects
Select “Connect” from the top of the home page to see:
• Attendees (including attendee email addresses)
• Schedule Meetings• Schedule Buyers Forum Meetings• Speakers
Finding Other Attendees Via Our Searchable Attendee List
All registered INCOMPAS Show attendees are available
to view via our searchable attendee list
Select “Attendees” from the “Connect” drop-down menu
on the home page
Click on the three dots next to any attendee’s name to:• View their profile• Add to your “Want to
Meet” list• Send a direct message or
email• Schedule a meeting
Viewing Attendee Profiles
By selecting an attendee’s profile you can view their contact information and short bio
Interested in connecting with an individual during The
INCOMPAS Show, click “Want to Meet” to add them to your
“Want to Meet” List
Ready to schedule a one-on-one meeting, select “Schedule Meeting” to see an individual’s
availability
Send a direct message to introduce yourself to other attendees or to start
a dialogue
**PRO TIP: We recommend you send an introductory message to other
attendees first before scheduling a one-on-one meeting
Reviewing Your “Want to Meet” List
To view your “Want to Meet” list, go to your profile page and select “Want to Meet” from the top of your page-all selected speakers and attendees
will appear here
Schedule a MeetingTo schedule a one-on-one meeting with other attendees either select “Schedule a Meeting” from their profile page or select “Schedule a
Meeting” from the “Connect” drop-down menu
You will then be prompted to complete a calendar invite
Select “New Member” to include more than one
individual on your meeting invite
Once you have added all invites select “Continue”
Scheduling a Meeting
You will then be shown both your and your invite’s availability over the live
event days, September 14 -16
Please note, this only shows their calendar within ConnectIN
Select a time from the available time slots that works both for you and
your invite
Meetings scheduled using ConnectINcan only take place over the live
event days September 14-16, you can message an attendee directly to
schedule a meeting before or after the live event days
You will then be prompted to specify a meeting location, name your
meeting, and include a short message
ConnectIN automatically provides a Zoom link for any meetings taking
place within the portal.
You can open your meeting by going to your “My Schedule” page at the
time of your meeting.
Once you have filled out all necessary information, hit
“Send Invitation”
Scheduling a Meeting
Once your meeting is created you can edit your meeting at any time by
going to “My Schedule”
On your meeting page you can edit your meeting details, talk to other
meeting attendees via the chat box, add necessary files, or cancel the
meeting if need be
When your meeting time arrives a link will appear at the bottom of the page to join your meeting via Zoom

If you are interested in viewing a complete list of INCOMPAS Show speakers,
select “Speakers” from the “Connect” drop-down menu
Exploring Spotlight Companies
To view a list of spotlight companies, select “Company Profiles” from the home page
Select the three dots in each company tile to view their profile or add to “Want to
Meet” list
All participating spotlight companies will appear on this
page

and current services
Visit a company’s website and social media accounts
Respond to company produced poll questions
Add companies to your “Want to Meet” list

Tips & Tricks for Making the Most of ConnectIN
1. Complete your profile with as much information as possible to increase the accuracy of
communications received from other attendees
2. Build out your personal schedule ahead of the live event dates, September 14-16
3. Export your personal schedule to your Outlook, Google, or iCal calendar the week
before the live event dates to ensure you have noted all INCOMPAS Show sessions and
meetings
4. Search for connections using the searchable attendee list and add attendees to your
“Want to Meet” list
5. Send interested attendees a direct message prior to scheduling one-on-one meetings
Tips & Tricks for Making the Most of ConnectIN6. Schedule one-on-one meetings with participating Buyers in the Buyers Forum now,
before their schedule books up
7. Explore and connect with new partner companies in the Company Profiles page
8. Interact with partner companies by requesting additional information, participating in
company produced polls, reviewing published materials, and connecting with their
representatives
9. Compete in EngageIN and be entered to win a $200 Amazon gift card
10. Continue to participate in ConnectIN after the live event days by viewing on demand
sessions and connecting with attendees and companies offline
