The primary consultant shall assemble a professional team including sub consultants that can fulfill a wide range of engineering activities for different project delivery phases. The task orders may include, but not limited to, advance plan studies, surveying, hydraulics engineering, geotechnical engineering, bridge architecture, structure analysis, structure design and detailing, specification and estimate, and construction support.
