The Ohio Elections Commission reviewed the complaint filed by you at a ProbableCause panel meeting on November 1, 2011. This Probable Cause panel was establishedpursuant to R.C. §3517.156. After due consideration of the case by the panel, thefollowing finding was made in the referenced case:

The Probable Cause panel found that there was probable cause of a violation ofOhio Revised Code §3517.21(B)(8) & (10) and determined to set this matter forhearing before the full Commission at a date to be determined by Commissionstaff.
