July9,2012‐EffectiveJune29th,SolarDockbeganhandlingitsmanufacturingonamulti‐regionalbasiswithleadfacilitiesinMichigan,DelawareandPennsylvania.Thesefacilitieswillprovidestate‐of‐the‐artmanufacturingprocessestoimproveefficiencyanddrivedownthemanufacturedcostofgoodsproduced.ThismanufacturingshiftwillallowSolarDocktocontinuetoproduceitsproductonacustomizedbasiswhileutilizingspecialtymanufacturingateachfacility.

SolarDockhasalsoassignedsalesresponsibilityfortheMidwestregiontoDanielO’Brien,whowilladdtheterritorytohiscurrentresponsibilitiesasVicePresident‐BusinessDevelopment,EastCoast.

AboutSolarDock:

SolarDockisthepremium,high‐tilt,ballastedmountingsystemforcommercial,flat‐roofapplications.Withover325projectsand40MW(DC)ofprojectsinstalledintheUnitedStatesandCanada,SolarDockoffersthelowestballastweightsavailable,thequickestinstallation,andthemostroof‐friendlyoftheballastedrackingalternatives.Thepatented,pan‐basedsystemreliesonagravitybased,strap‐containedsystemthatexertsnostressonthemoduleframe,eliminatingtheriskofmicro‐fractureandmodulefailure.
