• Nuestra propuesta es una propuesta de negocio no una propuesta
de I+D
• Ya llevábamos 4 años trabajando en el proyecto
• Hemos desarrollado y probado la tecnología
• Estamos ya vendiendo y consiguiendo ingresos (aunque aun a
pequeña escala)
• El proyecto que proponemos tiene coherencia lógica con la
estrategia de la empresa. Simplemente es “acelerar” nuestro
crecimiento
• Partnerships/clientes relevantes identificados y comprometidos con
el proyecto. Demostración de la capacidad de ejecución (porqué
nosotros lo vamos a conseguir y no otro)
Proceso de preparación de la propuesta: el Cómo?
• Hacer la propuesta es un “proyecto” en sí mismo
• Plan de trabajo concreto
• Involucración de todos los departamentos Research, Production,
Finanzas, Comercial y Dir. General
• Reuniones todas las semanas de revisión de grado de avance
• 8 reuniones de trabajo de revisión del borrador
• En nuestra propuesta hay muchos números/gráficos, datos del
mercado, evoluciones, etc.
• Escribir claro, cómo si el evaluador no supiese nada del tema. No
dar cosas por supuestas
• “Pulir” el inglés, redacción clara, ajustar los contenidos
Apoyos en la preparación de la propuesta: el con Quién?
• Consultora de apoyo para darle seriedad al proceso (transmitir la
señal de qué es importante-apuesta y no cometer errores formales)
• Revisores externos
• Perfil de negocio
• Perfil evaluador de proyectos europeos
• Pedir ayuda al CDTI, Innobasque, SPRI, etc. y otros agentes que
pueden aconsejar
