Students will increase their ability
to demonstrate reading analysis
skills as evidenced by MSP tests
annually and also Measures ofAcademic Progress three times peryear.
By improving reading analysis, weexpect to improve all areas of
Reading as measured by the MSPand MAP.
Students will be able to increase
their MSP scores in ReadingAnalysis to at least 80% at gradelevels 3-6.

formative assessmentsand to develop readinganalysis plans for
individual students.

Reading strategies for application of
reading strategies (Funding to purchaseprofessional development and
supplemental reading materials for K-5readers two times per week). Professional
development investment will beworthwhile.
Grade 2 teachers will
use DRA as a teacher

to develop anassessment. (see action
plan #3.)
3. Grade 1 teachers will develop and report tothe team a suitable assessment for reading
analysis, so that the primary data can be
incorporated in the plan.
School is above or near80% reading
