Introduction to Lupin Supplier Registration Process
Lupin has implemented SAP Ariba SupplierLifecycle and Performance (SLP).
Sap Ariba SLP is a solution with a set oflinked processes for managing suppliersfrom on boarding to qualification topreferred supplier management todisqualification.
Lupin Buyer initiates the Supplier Requestand invites Supplier for registration onAriba Network by sending the SupplierRegistration forms.
Supplier accesses Ariba Network, fills andsubmits the registration. After review andapproval of forms, supplier is registered atLupin.

Invitation to become Supplier with Lupin

1) Invitation Email isReceived by theSupplier to registerwith Lupin.
2) “Click here” tocreate account onAriba Network
Forward the email to the required recipient, who isresponsible for creating supplier account and fillingthe registration questionnaire on behalf of thesupplier.(Examples:1) If Trader will be registering for a new
manufacturer then email can also be forwardedto manufacturer contact if required.
2) For Doctor’s account creation, email can beforwarded to the medical Representativeworking with the doctor and can fill the Lupinregistration forms on behalf of the doctor).

1. If the supplier is new toAriba Network, then thesupplier needs to “Signup” on the AribaNetwork by filling thebasic details of thecompany.
2. If the supplier is alreadyregistered on the AribaNetwork for anothercustomer, then thesupplier can directly“Log In” with theexisting credentials.
If Supplier is a Trader, and will beregistering for a new manufacturer thenuse the Sign Up option for creating anaccount on behalf of Manufacturer.

Fill the Mandatory Detailsto create profile on AribaNetwork (e.g. Details areprovided to create a loginId for gmail)-
Company Name :Country :Address :City :State :Postal Code :
Fill in the Company Information and User Account Information (On the next slide) for creating an account on Ariba Network.
“Click Create Account and continue” option after entering all the details

Fill the Mandatory Details -Name :Email Id :Password :Email Orders to :
Tick the Check boxes for -Terms of UseSAP Ariba Privacy Statement
Make a note of this information as Username and Password to be used to Login to Ariba Network.
Welcome Mail from Ariba Network Post Registration
Email received bysupplier representativeafter submitting the signup information.

Lupin Supplier Registration Form
Lupin Buyer may send oneor more form for Supplier tofill in.
Note: Lupin Buyer sendsseparate form “US – MNFRRegistration form” forManufacturer registrationand qualification after the“Main supplier Account” iscreated by filling in GeneralRegistration Forms.
Click on the form name(Hyperlink) to fill in theform.
Fill in all the relevant details in the forms. Mandatory field appear with asterisk (*).

Left Panel >”EventContents” shows the all thesections to be filled in onthe given form.

Lupin Supplier Registration Form
Click on “ComposeMessage” button for anyclarifications needed fromBuyer side. This will sendmessage to Buyer via email.
Click on “Save” if responseneeds to be submittedlater.
Lupin Supplier Registration Form
Fill in all the sections on theform with relevantinformation ( Name, Address,Contact Details, Financial/TaxInformation, BankInformation and Changenotification Statement.)
Supplier Registration Form – Financial Data
Enter required Financialinformation and provideclear scanned copies asattachments (W8/W9 forms)
Supplier Registration Form - Certificate Declaration
To attach a file:Add Attachment by clicking on“Attach a file” and browse tothe required location of the fileto upload.(System supports attachmentsof Size Up to : 100 MB)
Supplier Registration Form – Bank InformationEnter the followingMandatory Fields in BankInformation Section –1. Bank Id2. Name3. Account Holder Name4. Account Number5. Bank Key/ABA Routing
Number6. IBAN Number/SWIFT
code etc.
Information of IntermediaryBank can also be provided inthe following fields afterproviding the main bankinformation.
Lupin Supplier Registration Form Submission
The response can be submitted after filling all the details requested in the given sections.
Click on “Submit Entire Response” to submit the details to Lupin.
Click on “Save” if response needs to be submitted later.

Lupin Manufacturer Registration Form
“US – MNFR Registration form”(Only for Manufacturers) is used for registration of Manufacturers.
Note: Lupin Buyer sends separate form for Manufacturer registration after the Main supplier Account is created (Post approval of US- General Registration Form)

Fill in the required fieldsdetails for the givenManufacturing location.
Click on “Submit EntireResponse” after filling up allthe details.

Registration form updatesAfter Supplier is Registeredwith Lupin and needs toupdate his profile for Lupin.Supplier user can login toAriba Network(https://service.ariba.com/Supplier.aw/ )usingUser/Password createdearlier.Already filled forms can beseen from Proposals link byclicking on the Square boxbeside Company Settings.ORGo to Lupin Limited tab andfind the form alreadysubmitted to Lupin. Click onthe form.
Registration form updates
Click on Revise Response toupdate any section/fields onthe form.
Note that “Revise Response”button is visible only whenthe previous response wasApproved by the Buyer andSupplier was successfullyregistered in Lupin Sap AribaSLP system.
Registration form updatesUpdate the requiredinformation on the fields,upload new certificates orattachments etc. as needed.
Use “Compose Message”button to send anymessage/question to LupinBuyer.
Use “Save” button to savethe changes on the formuntil it is ready forsubmission.
Click on “Submit EntireResponse” to send theupdates to Lupin Buyer.
