certainly not encouraging.

1. The taskforce should immediately
identify 8-10 most important labor
receiving countries of Bangladesh andundertake special initiatives to manage
those labor markets.
2. Livelihood support fund for the
rehabilitation of returned workers needto be lunched.

3.Transparency in terms of payments
necessary, terms and conditions ofemployment abroad, remittance, etc.,
may be ensured through involvement of
formal financial institutions, like banks,
micro-credit providers (NGOs), etc.
4.The infrastructure of existing training
institutions may be upgraded to respondto the needs of the foreign market.

5. BAIRA, MBET, BOESL should
develop their website in such waythat anyone can access and find
the about jobs abroad, terms and
conditions, including skill andexpertise necessary, requirements
for various kinds of jobs, etc.

More than half of total export earnings
come from remittance. Besides ourshave surplus labor. If we trained
them properly and place them to
labor crisis countries and over comethe above mentioned barriers and
implement the recommendations
then we shall able to earn moreremittance, which is the most
important indicators of economic
development.
