Quick start guide ABB AbilityTM Power Plant Report
— Overview pageThe overview page provides reference information for the selected power plant. The name of the selected plant will be displayed at the top of each page either in the title (overview page) or in the header. This section includes information on Operators and various regional membership assignments.
Selected plant will be displayed at the top of each page
Operator information and locational assignments are
shown here for each

— Power Plant Map pageThe Power Plant Map page displays locational information specific to the power plant selected. The map will include the selected plant, nearby plants over 500MW, transmission lines above 230 KV, urbanized areas within range, and county/state borders. The map also includes a legend, inset map showing the relative location, and a spatial accuracy designation pertaining to our confidence in the map location.
Spatial accuracy assignment will appear above the map
Each map has an inset map showing the relative location
The Plant for the report will be a large, centered dot
Selected Plant will be displayed at the top of each page

— Emissions and Control EquipmentThis page displays emissions rates for SO2, NOx, and CO2 shown for the last three years of complete data for each reporting unit. Current and planned unit-level emission controls are also displayed where available. In the case that the selected plant does not report CEMS data to the EPA, national and state statistics on emission levels for the selected plant’s state will be provided.
Detailed emissions of SO2, NOx, and CO2 are provided for the last three full years
Current emissions control equipment and planned
additions, where applicable, are shown here

— Emissions and Control Equipment (continued) For plants that do not emit SO2, NOx or CO2 there is separate information that shows the monthly state emissions versus national emissions in CO2.
The accompanying data shows the State’s CO2,
NOx, and CO2 rates and the % difference to
the national average
This chart shows national CO2 emissions alongside levels
for the selected plant’s state
