SVC Products is a manufacturer and supplier of high quality products used in civil and landscape construction.
SVC’s product range is grouped into two distinct categories of Civil and Urban.
Civil products include concrete pits, access covers, steel grates and many other ancillary products used in road works, subdivisions, stormwater management, building and plumbing.
Urban products are of an architectural nature and include commercial paving, concrete outdoor furniture, planters, bollards, signage and custom precast concrete solutions.
Notable SVC projects include Federation Square (paving), the MCG (concrete bench seats), Luna Park (paving) and the Shrine of Remembrance (paving and 350 bespoke concrete violets).

Formerly a manufacturing facility for SVC, SVC Thomastown is now undergoing transformation into a fully equipped Civil distribution centre. It is designed to become a one-stop shop for builders, plumbers, civil and landscaping contractors in Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs.
Though the centre will primarily be used by SVC’s Civil client base, there are plans to showcase SVC’s Urban product offerings via the establishment of a pocket park on site. The pocket park will allow SVC’s Urban products to be displayed and used in a realistic park setting.

The Industrial Garden invites entrants to submit a landscape design for SVC Thomastown’s new pocket park.
The key function of the pocket park will be to serve as a physical showcase of SVC’s Urban product range in a realistic park environment. It will also provide an inviting outdoor space for SVC consultants and customers to enjoy meetings and activities.
Entrants are encouraged to explore innovative ideas to bring together the overall aesthetics, functionality, sustainability and useability of the space.
