THIS DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITYOF REDMOND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS, CURRENT EDITION.

This approval is for the design concept only. These plans appear to be in conformancewith the City Of Redmond design standardsfor construction.  This approval shall not beconstrued as authorizing construction not inaccordance with applicable City standards. The City reserves the right to requirerevisions to the approved plans to assureconformance with City of Redmond designstandards for construction at any time that itis discovered that the proposed constructiondoes not otherwise meet the applicableconstruction standards.  The owner isrequired to provide designs and plans inaccordance with applicable City standardsand assures that construction isaccomplished in accordance with thosestandards.  The owner and/or designengineer and/or developer may be requiredto make necessary approved field revisionsto correct any errors or omissions found onthe approved plan.
