To support the next holf terms topic of The Titanic, wehave plonned o fontastic trip to the Seo City
Museum in Southompton. This will toke ploce on Fridoy lOth Jonuary ?020.
We will be trovelling by cooch to the museum ond children will need to be in full school uniform. They
will need to weor sensible shoes or block troiners, olong with o woterproof coot. We will leove school
ot 9.30om ond return to school for Z:45pmopproximately. Children will need o pocked lunch os we will
eot this of the museum. This con be brought from home or ordered through the school. Children who
ore entitled to a free school meol will be provided with o pocked lunch from school. Pleose ensure
your child hos o drink in their lunchbox, olthough fizzy drinks ore not permitted.
The children will toke port in o workshop leorning obout life on boord the Titonic ond visiting themuseums speciot exhibition obout the Titonic Story.lhere will olso be time to view the exhibit;Titonic: Ilte Legend.
The cost of this trip is 8t2.55 per child which includes the entry feeto the museum ond the cooch
trip to Southompton. We would oppreciote poyment upfront or in two monthly instalments. ff you

This trip will support our topic this term ond we f eel strongly thot this trip will be very benef iciol tothe children's leorning experience so it is imperotive thot poyment is received f or this trip olongside
the permission slip. The school is not in o position to subsidise pupil visits os this impocts negotively on
