Boosted posts are ads you create from posts on
your Business Facebook Page. Boosting a post
may help you get more people to react, share and
comment on it. You can also reach new people
who are likely interested in your Page or business,
but don't currently follow you.

Create a Boosted Message:
• Go to your Business Facebook Page.
• Find the post you want to boost.
• Select Boost Post. You can find it in the bottom-
right corner of your post.
• It will automatically use images and text from
your post, but you can choose from the
following:

– Audience: Choose a recommended audience
or create a new one based on specific traits
– Total Budget: Select a recommended budget
or provide a custom budget
– Duration: Select one of the suggested time
frames or provide a specific end date

• Micro-influencers are individuals that have
between 1,000 to 1,000,000 followers and are
considered experts in their respective niche.
• They could be a lifestyle blogger, traveler, or a
fitness guru - just to name a few.

These smaller, more focused niche experts
connect on a deeper level with their audiences and
generate greater engagement
In fact, influencers with 1,000 followers generated
85% higher engagement than those having
100,000 followers, and as the number of followers
increases the engagement tends to decrease.

If you click on a specific influencers you can
get a lot of information (sometimes including
what they will charge per post)

Another site is Scrunch – this is one that has a
“free” option but does sell more advanced
programs for searches
You can also do a more general search by using
Google and putting in # and a word that relates
to your service such as:
#disabilityemployment, #inclusion, and
#disabilityinclusion are some examples
This will require more research and review to
find one that fits your needs BUT:

You can establish your own hashtag and
post information pertinent to your own
services. There are ENs doing this
although it does take time and
commitment to make it successful.
