Notes*Clinical guidelines recommend that COPD patients should use oxygen therapy for at least 15 hours perday to have positive effects on their long term survival and their quality of life. Therefore these patientsrequire oxygen at home (stationary oxygen therapy) and outside (ambulatory oxygen therapy).
SimplyGo - reliability andmaintenance made simple!
Built-in reliabilitySimplyGo strives to set a new standard in portable concentrators’ reliability. SimplyGo has been designed, built, and rigorously tested towithstand the stress of everyday life when following patientsanytime, anywhere.
During development, SimplyGo was subjected to extreme conditionsincluding impact, vibrations, and temperature extremes to test reliableperformance day-in and day-out.With 15000 hours of compressor lifetime, its performance is trustworthy. This may mean fewer callbacks for you and fewer frustrations for your patients due to accidental damage.
You can count on SimplyGo.
COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) patients are dependent on oxygen therapyequipment that they need for many hours* a day. SimplyGo offers the independence and freedompatients want in a durable design that can resist the bumps and bruises of daily activities whileproviding an effective therapy.

DirectViewThe Trilogy Series are fitted with a SD card that stores all necessary ventilation data. This data is analized by DirectView software, which manages patient ventilation therapy and identifies when any adjustments are necessary to maintain an effective treatment. DirectView also offers a complete set of ventilation reports that are fully customizable depending on the practice and/or patient’s disease. Furthermore, ventilation data can be exported for supplementary analysis in a number of statistical applications, including Microsoft Excel.
DirectView provides a complete view into respiratory therapy for improved patient care:• 72 hours of raw data to monitor a patient’s
breath-by-breath waveform• Daily details, displaying the patient’s
therapy for the past 30 days• Trend overviews of the past 12 months
displaying pressure, breath rate, percentage of triggered breaths, peak inspiratory patient flow, estimated exhaled tidal volume, leak, Ti/Ttot, minute ventilation and SpO2 (when connected to the oxymetry kit)
Trilogy Series, through direct connection to Alice PDx and Alice5, provides detailed information on patient ventilation in parallel with polysomnograph signals (SpO2, EMG, ECG, etc.).
Digital Auto-TRAK provides automatic trigger
adjustment to meet the changing breathing
patterns and optimise patient–ventilator

The Trilogy Series, versatile life support ventilators developed by Philips Respironics - an innovator of bi-level technology, combines unique levels of flexibility with ease of use and advanced technology to revolutionise the management of respiratory related diseases.
Trilogy100 and Trilogy200, unique features for unique patients
VersatilityAdapting to both patient and clinician environments, the Trilogy series fits with a circuit with a leak (‘Passive Circuit’) or a circuit with a Valve (‘Active circuit with PAP’ and ‘Active circuit with Flow’*) delivering for all configurations volume control or pressure control ventilations, through either non-invasive or invasive interfaces to meet the needs of adult and pediatric patients (> 5 kg) alike.
This built-in flexibility means the Trilogy Series can treat a wide range of respiratory conditions, including those that require frequent changes to the patient’s prescription.
*‘Active with Flow’ circuit type is available in the Trilogy200 only.
PerformanceWhen configured with the passive circuit, the Trilogy Series provides the following Philips Respironics well known technologies:
• Advanced leak compensation in invasive and non-invasive ventilation for pressure modes, as well as – for the first time ever – volume modes.
• Auto-TRAK algorithm providing automatic trigger and cycle thresholds to maintain optimum sensitivity eliminating the need for adjustments.
• AVAPS (Average Volume Assured Pressure Support) hybrid ventilation in pressure modes for invasive and non-invasive modalities.
The Trilogy200 fits with a circuit type ‘Active With Flow’ using a single limb circuit with an active exhalation valve and a proximal flow sensor. This proximal flow sensor allows accurate exhaled gas measurement as well as advanced flow triggering sensitivity and leak compensation for the most difficult patients.
SimplicityWhether it’s being used for hospital titration or in the home, the Trilogy Series have an intuitive interface that combines ease of use with access to high levels of versatility and performance.
The Trilogy Series portable ventilators offer up to 6 to 8 hours battery capacity for continuous autonomy, giving patients the freedom they deserve.
Advanced triggering sensitivity for the most
difficult patients.
In-use bag specifically designed for adaptation
on wheelchair.
Hot swap detachable battery for
continuous autonomy.
Leak estimation and compensation
Both Auto-TRAK and Flow triggering leverage on
leak estimation and compensation to provide the
highest trigger sensitivity. Leak estimation also allows
exhaled tidal volume estimation in passive circuit.

In AVAPS-AE mode, the device monitors the patient’s upper airway resistance and automatically adjusts the delivered EPAP required to maintain an airway. Simultaneously, BiPAP A40 automatically adjusts pressure support to maintain a target tidal volume and when the breath rate is set to Auto, the device will adjust the back-up breath rate based on the patient’s spontaneous respiratory rate.
