• Households that meet the 250% federal poverty level
• Uninsured drivers
• Latinos and diverse communities
• Non-U.S. citizens over the age of 19 regardless of immigration status
• Senior households (over the age of 65)
• Males age 19 to 24
• AB 60 license holders

HOW TO MAINTAIN CLCA CERTIFIED STATUS
Complete the seminar requirement at least once every four years.
Provide CAARP with a copy of your renewal license by fax to (415) 421-4013 or e-mail to [email protected].
Maintain access to the current CAARP Manual, which includes the rules and rates of both CAARP and the Low Cost Program. The manual is available free of charge online at www.aipso.com/ca and www.aipso.com/lc.
Failure to follow these guidelines in a timely manner will result in a lapse in your certification status and affect your ability to receive consumer leads and submit applications.

LEAD ACCEPTING PRODUCER PROGRAM (OPTIONAL)
Receive consumer leads electronically then…
• Follow up on leads within 24 to 48 hours
• Provide consultation over the phone or in person with consumers
• Develop a workable and affordable insurance plan for the consumer
• Prepare and submit the application online through the EASi 2.0 System
• Coordinate required payment(s) with consumers

HOW TO MAINTAIN LEAD ACCEPTING PRODUCER STATUS
Respond to qualified leads on the EASi system within 24 to 48 hours
