Infrastructure Improvement

“Connecting business strategies with winning solutions”

Because winning proposals are intricately linked to delivering low-risk solutions, Tooke & Smith offers the capabilities to help our clients establish best practices across all parts of their business. By leveraging staff with expertise in operations, finances, and marketing, we mitigate performance risk, resulting in more efficient operations and higher win rates for proposals.

Operational AssessmentTooke & Smith baselines your company’s current operations by interviewing key management, oper- ations, and financial staff, then compares the results to best management practices (BMP) based upon our experience working with more than 110 large/small businesses worldwide. Using this information, we identify gaps in capabilities that are necessary to effectively compete in the Federal marketplace.Once gaps are identified, we work with your staff to prioritize and develop an action plan that is used to implement infrastructure improvements.

• Provides a cost-effective, prioritized plan balancing cost and benefit for BMP implementation

• Identifies any areas of high risk or non-compliance that could negatively impact business operations
