Operational AssessmentTooke & Smith baselines your company’s current operations by interviewing key management, oper- ations, and financial staff, then compares the results to best management practices (BMP) based upon our experience working with more than 110 large/small businesses worldwide. Using this information, we identify gaps in capabilities that are necessary to effectively compete in the Federal marketplace.Once gaps are identified, we work with your staff to prioritize and develop an action plan that is used to implement infrastructure improvements.

We also offer cost estimating/pricing experts and technical specialists to support new project types, including performance-based remediation (PBR) and low-price technically acceptable (LPTA) proposals. Our professionals include the following specialists:

• David Mayfield, PE (T&S Partner), served as Operations Manager for EODT (Sterling) and managed large CONUS and OCONUS MMRP programs, providing in-depth knowledge of risks, obstacles, and capabilities needed to be successful in this growing market.

• Hank Householder, former VP, Pricing and Director of Contracts for Akima (ANC), providing in-depth knowledge of estimating/pricing/risk strategies across multiple business lines, including logistics, facilities management, and base operations.

• John Murray, PE, PMP, provides PM and engineering expertise in both HTRW and MMRP, including managing FFP and PBR projects ranging from $50K to $15M.

• Denise Roy, PE, provides 18 years of engineering/PM experience across multiple environmental remediation projects, including award-winning and innovative solutions.

• Walter Marquis, PMP, provides cost estimating and scheduling expertise (Primavera) as well as strong project management capabilities in both D-B construction and environmental remediation.
