11. Space not occupied: A) Every exhibitor shall occupy the full stand area booked by him/her B) Should the exhibitor fail to take up the stand allotted to him/her, the organizer reserves the right to deal
with the unoccupied stalls as they think fit
12. NO Sub-letting: The exhibitor may not assign, sublet or grant licenses, with regard to the whole or any part
of the allotted stall(s). Cards, advertisement or printed material of people or firms who are not bonafideexhibitors, will not be exhibited or distributed from any stall
13. Failure of Service: The organizers will use their best endeavors to ensure supply of services of the officialcontractors, but as the supply of such services are not within the control of the contractors, neither they northe organizers shall incur any liability to the exhibitor for any loss of damage, If any, should such service shallwholly or partially fail or cease to be available. Nor shall the ex hibitor be entitled to allowance in respect ofrental due or paid under the contract.
14. Electrical Installations: All on-site electrical installations must be carried out by officially appointed electri-cal contractor before the connection to the main supply.
15. Event Call-off: If the event has to be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the amount paid by the exhibitorshall be refunded after deducting the expenses already incurred / advance payments made by t he organizerson a pro-rata basis.
16. The exhibitor shall not solicit any business outside of the exhibitors allotted space.
17. Participants are not allowed to make any loudspeaker announcements, except on the public address systemof the organizer, only if permitted by the organizer.
18. Jurisdiction: Any dispute between the organizers and any exhibitor is subject to the jurisdictionof the courtsof Mumbai only.

1. Rights: The organizer reserve all rights in connection with the Expo
2. Terms of Reference: In these Rules & regulations, the term Exhibitor shall include all employees, staff andagents of any company, partnership firm or individuals to whom space has been allocated for the purpose ofparticipation. The term Expo shall mean the exhibition known as IIFA Expo 24th to 26th, April 2014,Tampa Bay, Florida, USA
3. Allotment: A) Allotment of the Stall(s) will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer on a first come first serve basis.B) The stall(s) allocated will be solely used for the display of goods noted in the application form.C) Subletting of stall(s) or display/sales of goods not covered by the original application will not be allowed.
4. Stall Alteration: A) Any alteration to the size and position of exhibitors stand will be permitted only with prior written
approval from the organizer B) No additional stall height will be permitted C) The organizer reserves the rights to modify the layout of stalls, sites and gangway D) The organizers reserve the rights to require exhibitors to make such alterations to the stalls and the
setting of their exhibits as they reasonably feel necessary, to maintain an acceptable standard of presentationor avoid interference with the display of other exhibitors
E) Conversion of all allocated sites to free design is not permitted F) While reasonable fixings may be made to the walls of the structure, any attempt involving the
reinstallation of the original structure will be at the expense of the exhibitor or his agent
G) The stall may not overhang the allocated area, nor are any obstructions permitted on gangway, free points,extinguishers, or emergency exits H) Designers should avoid designs which block other exhibitors stalls
5. Stall Interior: While the exhibitors are allowed to design the stall to the best of their ability for projecting theright image for their product and company, they shall not make any permanent fixture to the walls, panelsand floor through the use of nails, painting, or any other such activity
Note: For effectiveness of the air-conditioning, it will not be allowed to create false ceiling or covering on topof your stall
6. Terms of Payment: A) 50% of the amount will be payable at the time of booking of the stall(s) drawn in favor of Wizcraft
International Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Payable in Mumbai B) Balance 50% to be paid on or before 28 February 2014 C) A Service Tax of 12.36% will be levied on the cost of the stall price Note: Cheques dishonored shall automatically render the booking as cancelled and the amount paid will be
forfeited
7. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by the exhibitor, the booking amount paid by the exhibitor will notbe refunded under any circumstances
8. Insurance: A) Insurance of the exhibits and property of the stall will be the responsibility of the individual exhibitor B) The organizer shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the exhibitors or his staff, agent,
invites or licensees whosoever caused.
9. Consequential Loss: In case of the show being cancelled or suspended in whole or part due to causes not inthe organizers control, the org anizers do not accept any consequential liability in any such eventuality.
10. Default of Payment: The organizer reserves the right to cancel any reservation of space in the event of anexhibitor not having paid the dues of rental charges as stipulated.
