Activating your account

Multiple Google Accounts

• ClickActivate My Account andfillinrequestedinformation-thisisnecessaryonlyonceforyourfirstlogin.

• Createastrongpasswordwithatleastonenumberandcapitalletter(makesureCapsLockkeyisnotactive).

• Yourusernamewillappearonthescreenalongwithyouremailaddress.Your username will be“firstname[dot]lastname”.(Ifyouhaveamorecommonnameyoumayhaveanumberafteryourname;i.e.,firstname.lastname2)

• Afteractivatingyouraccountforthefirsttimeonly,youcanaccessyouremailandGoogleappsbygoingdirectlytohttp://mail.my.liu.edu

• Youcanalsoaccessyouremailandyourentirestudentportal,withallyouracademicinformation,bygoingtohttp://my.liu.edu

IfyouarealreadysignedintoGooglewithanotheraccountyoumayseethismessage.

Clickthesecondradiobuttontosignoutoftheotheraccount.
