• The HCL technogies was started in the year 1976 at Noida,uttar Pradesh in India. This company was founded by Shiva nadar.

• The HCL technologies is the first Indian IT services (hardware company).

• Before the HCL technologies India had only 250 computers.• In 1978 hcl was developed the first indigenous micro-computer at

the same time as apple.• The HCL company had rich 3 decade history and this company

spread over the 31 countries.• The micro-computer is virtually gave the birth of the Indian

computer industry. • Shiva nadar initially invested 20 lacks for started HINDUSTAN

COMPUTER LIMITED.• Shiv nadar has 63% of share value.
