1.10 ADJUSTMENT ITEM
The contractor shall set out below and fully describe in the
space provided overleaf (inserting the relevant clause Number
and reference) and price any work or obligation or anything in
the Contract or Specifications not included for in the tender rates
or elsewhere for which he considers a separate charge is required.
The Sums in this item shall be considered fixed lump sums, and
as such will not be subject to adjustment. If the contractor does not
make allowance in the space provided below than the rates
inserted elsewhere shall be deemed to cover all of the obligations
under the contract.
