or elsewhere for which he considers a separate charge is required.

The Sums in this item shall be considered fixed lump sums, and

as such will not be subject to adjustment. If the contractor does not

make allowance in the space provided below than the rates

inserted elsewhere shall be deemed to cover all of the obligations

under the contract.
