The Discovery Process
5am Mozzarella making lesson. Tasted the mozzarella fresh out of the brine. Worth waking up for.
10am Farmers Market. We met the customers and other local business owners. They all love Lourdes.
1pm Shy Brothers Farm. Aha moment. Conecting with the community we are advocating for.
4pm Toured the curd facility. Very full of cheese. Commitment to the perfect recipe paid off.
7pm Dinner. Tasted the chef ’s interpretation of Lourdes’ cheese.
10pm So full and tired we forgot the extra cheese to take back to our classmates.
